First thing we'll do is to download some files, these programs and tools are going to give you all you need to you real money system up and making money.

These files are FREE so there is no additional money involved. First you need to create a new "Projects Folder" on your computer desktop, and give it a name relevant to your new venture, this is where your "Downloads and Niches files" will live.

You will have to have a to edit your html code (Web or Blog Pages).
Don't get your shorts in a tizzy, it easy and I will show you how, later.

THIS IS NOT A VIRUS. I know it might set off some of your "virus protection" software, this is common for any .exe files or better known as execution files.

Now, you can use whatever web editor software you like using. This one is best for getting started. You can also use Dreamweaver, FrontPage, Hotdog, Mozilla etc. to build the sites. It is up to you and what your comfortable using!

IF YOU HAVE NEVER DONE THIS, I encourage you to download and use Nvu as this is what I will be using to show everyone how to edit their web pages.

This eBook will show you how you can turn a small amount of your time into a never ending flow of cash. The basic idea is you create a niche website using the software above takes about 5 minutes once you are used to the program. 


If you don't have a web site you can use www.blogger.com as an alternative and create a BLOG niche instead of a full web site.

Lets go ahead and start with the blogger.com example because its very simple (By the way, Google owns blogger.com so they make it very easy to use adsense on it).  

Go ahead and sign up for a blogger.com account. Choose a topic of interest (lets say basketball) and start posting articles or your opinions on your blog like a journal.

It's important that you update it regularly to keep the content fresh. Google loves to see "New Content", this will keep visitors coming back.  

Now go into your "account settings" and choose the "implement adsense code". Once that's done, Google will automatically display ads relating to your blogs main topic or most prominent topic.  

HERE'S HOW YOU MAKE MONEY... when you get visitors to your blog, they will be reading it and see the ads and some will click on them. You get paid for every click. Now I know what you are thinking... 

"I can just click my ads all day long!". Well, unfortunately it doesn't work like that. In fact you will get kicked off 
of adsense permanently. Read the Terms of use and ...DON'T DO IT, for your own good. 

You will never get to choose what ads show on your site/s, Google automatically cycle the ads and you have little
to no control.  

Google controls how much you get paid, and the fees you will be paid will vary from ad to ad and its all figure by 
the popularity of a given topic. Some topics pay more than others because some areas of business just make more money! 

Mortgage broker ads for instants may pay $3 or more dollars per click which is nothing when you consider each possible sale could be worth Hundreds of thousands of dollars.

While ads displaying opportunities to sign up for eBay or PayPal may only pay you 10 to 20 cents.

So that's why I suggest, choose a variety of topics to see which pays YOU the best !  

Keep in mind the time of year, Meaning Christmas related stuff will be paying more for advertising around Christmas, Winter and winter activities, Summer and summer activities etc.  

Set up as many of these niche's as you want, You will want give each niche a unique name and place them in your "Projects Folder" in new folders & subfolders, You will get paid a daily indefinite profit from each one. 

You can set up one a day or one a week...its up to you. I heard it said like this "Work A lot today and a enjoy the rest of your life or... Work a little each day and work the rest of your life"; again it's up to you.

At first it may take you as much as 2 hours to set one up but do a few and it's soon as little as 30 minutes.

Now take a second to think about this... 

· If each niche makes $5-$10 per day that could be over $300 per month and remember it only took you about 5minutes of your time once, now that's a top rate of pay for 5 minutes effort for just one. 

· Create over 10 niche's and your earning's will rocket. 

· Get the picture? You can continue creating niche's so the income is limitless and once set up you just let the cash roll in 

· So the basic principal of the niche idea is as follows:

1. Adsense is a program run by GOOGLE and they will pay you every time some one clicks on a link in your niche. 

2. I have been paid up to $20.00 per click on one of my niche's and I have lots.
 

One more time... (I am repeating just to so you get it, this is important!)

(After doing these several times, You really can whip these out in a matter of minutes !)

Get the picture yet? You can continue creating niche's so your income becomes limitless, and once you set up your niche site your done. Let the cash... flow, and that my friend is what the call residual cash flow! 

Now the KEY or trick is to find and pick hot topics for each niche that will pay you well. So let say my first niche 
is all about Dating, find and post articles like,

How to flirt, do's and don'ts.

5 Things women look for in a man.

Dating online.

These are just a few topic ideas I came up with quickly, but I'm sure you get the idea.

How about Pets, Recipes, Kids, Home Business, Bad Credit, on and on. Regardless of what you know personally, 
you will find articles on any subject, and that's all you will need to make money!
